Updated version is available Here.BeholdYe too can create small avatars for use on the webby webby woo. ![]() Extract with paths and run the .exe to make it do stuff. You can probably figure out how to work this, there isn't anything too hidden. Just think of it as a learning experience. In general you click on stuff and it cycles or selects. In the case of adjusting the colors select the color group or surface you wish to change then click on the color you want it to be set to. The buttons at the top can be used to flick between a number of diferent mode views. The interface is somewhat thrown together just to get it working. It needs to be much more fluffy and user frendly and it will be. Resizing the window confuses it somewhat so try not to :) The only thing you can save is rendered .PNG files which by default will be saved into the dir "output" which is a sub directory under the main executable. It makes a number of diferent sizes all of which have a transparent background and are palatised to a dynamic 255 colors. The files ending in c are a closeup or cut of the given resolution so, test100.png will be the avatar in full at 100x100 pixels and test100c.png will be a closeup of the head only. It saves the following sizes 50 , 64 , 80 , 100 and 200 so you should be able to slot one of those into whatever you want to use it on. I still have plenty of things to fix and parts to add, but it is still possible to make some nice little characters with what is already here and this is really just a demonstration of where I'm going. Which is why it's called test... Download from the following link http://www.WetGenes.com/data/WetTest200312291036.zip You will need windows 2K/XP/ME (hopefully, must test more) and DirectX 9.0b or higher to get this to run.
